Celebrations for Pebble at the Women Into the Network Awards

We are delighted to announce that Janis Green, CEO of Pebble, collected the Women Into the Network ‘Best Use of Technology’ award in 2011.  The award recognises those women who champion technological innovation at the heart of their business.

The judges were particularly impressed with Janis’ passion for outstanding customer service, which is strongly embedded in the ethos of the company and duly supported by the Pebble team.  From product development to technical support, the team are dedicated to providing a tailored service to customers.

Pebble has been driven by Janis’ product insight for over 20 years to provide smart accountancy solutions for over 2,000 schools.  It has gone from strength to strength and recently the company moved into independent premises to accommodate its rapidly growing team.  The latest development of Fund Manager due for release in January 2012 will establish Pebble as the leader in innovative applications for managing voluntary funds and school dinners.

The Women Into the Network Awards, now in its twelfth year, is an annual event that rewards the achievements of women in business in the North East of England.  The Awards are held in high esteem for their celebration and support of the region’s most innovative businesswomen.
